Shedding some more light on the reasons behind the cancellation of the Core Design version of Tomb Raider: 10th Anniversary Edition, Gamespot has reported that Eidos Interactive has reached an agreement to sell Core Design's assets, including it's staff contracts and physical assets property to UK developer Rebellion. It should be noted that Eidos will retain all the rights to both the Core Design name as well as all their intellectual property.
